The Artic TERN flies 25,000 miles (40,000KM) every year with incredible durability, stamina and unerring reliability and the Wolfsin Tern lives up to its name sake with a standard three year warranty.
Available in VHF, UHF and UHF2 and with up to 2000 channels and 249 zones the Tern can fit into any digital radio system. With Remote display/head working and Twin display/head working the Tern offers more for less.
The 2026 Wolfsin DMR mobile was named after the Arctic Tern famous for its stamina, toughness and durability. The Tern is a full T1 and T2 DMR mobile radio with colour display, 4 watts of audio output along with noise reduction enables it to be heard no matter where you are operating.
The Artic TERN shares technology with the new HUSKY Chinook enabling it to offer IP roaming and Easy trunk operations (up to four linked repeaters). Lone worker and emergency call are standard as is stun and unstun. Multiple Scan and call features are standard and the Tern has a crystal clear 4 watts of audio output. Available with a standard or full keypad fist mic the Tern can be programmed to change channel from the fist mic.
The Wolfsin Tern may not be available in all markets, in some markets it known as the Osprey.
