The REX1 utilises the hardened poly-carbonate case from the DMR Digital Alaskan Husky, restructured in a fashionable grey, for a class leading Ultra tough and rugged analogue radio specifically designed for the New Zealand and Australian market!

 

REX1 is equally at home in Europe, the USA, Canada and the UK, In fact anywhere that good quality analogue audio is operationally required, even in the harshest of conditions.

1000mW of analogue audio is available and operation through a commercial repeater is possible.

As standard the REX1 comes supplied with the same 2200mAH battery found on the DMR Alaskan Husky, good for 17 hours of analogue operation on a 5/5/90 duty cycle.

The REX1 has CTCSS/DCS, TOT, BCLO, BTLO, Scan, Vox, Compander and start and finish call tones if required. There is also a future proof DMR upgrade option available.
